. . . Another engagement commission, this time two matching engagement rings for a post lockdown proposal and birthday all in one, the reciever expected a duck so imagine the suprise!

. . . Lockdown gave me lots of thinking time for my collages and I have ended up with 7 styles! My latest, Diary Page Collages, are currently a series of 6. They reflect imagined pages from an old found diary, archiving and record memories, colours of the sea from travels, postcards sent, items found along the way

. . . During lockdown I was asked to make an engagement ring for a lockdown propsal, but as I was unable to make at home we spent some time discussing the ideal ring. We based it on a design I started making quite some time ago which was then tweaked to personalise it. This design still gets chosen every now and again and it is lovely to re-vist and make on commission, a real treat!
