If you see an item online that you would like but it is  out of stock it will be described as Made to Order. You can purchase the item in the same way you would if it was in stock. There is an opportunity during check out to leave me a message if needed, and as I will be intouch if I need to send you paper samples or need any further information before going ahead.

If you find a piece of jewellery online that you like but slightly different, please get intouch. Perhaps it is a simple difference, for example you may like a necklace made to a different length. Changes of this nature are welcome as I like to custom make things to get them right for you. We can discuss your preferences. and if it is possible your order will take between 4 to 6 weeks from confirmation and payment of the order. Sometimes the change may incur a cost, or a reduction which will also be discussed before confirming the item. A non refundable deposit will be invoiced before going ahead with the making and the final payment is due before delivery.

You may want more unique item made specifically for you based on the work I make, please feel free to get intouch with details and we can discuss your requirements. If I am adding more materials and/or time to the original design, please be aware that there may be a difference in the final price, but I will confirm that before going ahead. I can email you with samples of papers, metalwork elements and shapes, available stone options for you to choose from. Once we are happy with design and confirmed that you would like to go ahead I will confirm the details and email you a PayPal invoice. Full payment must be made before the item is delivered though I can accept a non refundable half payment on confirmation and the remainder prior to delivery.

Perhaps you have papers from a loved one and want to make a memory necklace or brooch. Or you may have other old small objects that you would like to have incorporated in the new piece. Just let me know!

Refunds or exchanges on bespoke items are not accepted, so I like to make sure you are happy with the design before going ahead. If there is a genuine mistake on my part I will work on resolving it to no extra cost. You are welcome where possible to visit my studio and see samples of my work whilst discussing options. You are also welcome to visit during the making process to make sure it is going as planned.
