Each purchase is delivered beautifully gift wrapped with my bespoke packaging. I include a business card, care instructions and information about my work with every piece. It arrives ready for you to unwrap, or ready to give.
Your payment will be processed through PayPal which is safe and secure and allows you to use all major debit and credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to process your payment. Further information on PayPal can be found online at https://www.paypal.com
I can offer payments to be made in instalments. The item needs to be valued at £100 or more and the instalments need to be monthly payments of a minimum of £25 per month, with a maximum of 6 months. The first instalment should be paid on the day that the arrangement is made and I will email a PayPal invoice each month for the next instalments to be paid. Once the payment is complete the item can be collected from the work/shop or posted to you. Please see delivery costs below for postage details. Payments are non-refundable and if the item is not paid in full within the time arranged the item will go back into my stock. Clare Hillerby remains the owner of the work until payment is received in full.
Items that are available will be posted within 1 to 3 working days of your purchase being completed. For UK deliveries I use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all parcels over £50 in total value. This service guarantees that your parcel will be fully tracked and insured, and guarantees next day delivery by 1pm, your parcel will need to be signed for.
If your total order is valued at under £50 I will post your parcel via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class which takes up to 3 working days from delivery.
Once your parcel has been posted I will you will receive an email confirmation. If your parcel does not arrive when expected please let me know and I will track it for you and also let you know your tracking code so you can track it via the Royal Mail website at https://www.royalmail.com.
If you are in the UK and need something in a hurry please let me know and I will do my best to meet your needs.
Items marked Made to Order can be purchased as for an in stock item. I generally state 4 to 6 weeks to make the item. If you need it for a specific date, please let me know and I will let you know if I am able to meet the deadline.
For deliveries outside of the UK I will use ‘Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed’ or the equivalent, which should take 3 to 5 days to arrive in Europe, or 5 to 7 days for worldwide delivery. This service guarantees that your parcel will be fully traced, tracked and insured. I dispatch your parcel within 3 days of ordering and email confirmation of delivery. If your parcel does not arrive when expected please let me know and I will track it for you and also let you know your tracking code so you can track it via the Royal Mail website at https://www.royalmail.com.
All payments must be completed before items are dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure you have given a correct address to receive your purchase(s) and be available to sign for your parcel.
If your parcel is valued under £50 and to be delivered within the UK via Royal Mail Signed For the postage cost will be £4.00. If your parcel is valued over £50 and to be delivered within the UK via ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed’ the postage cost will be £5.00.
If your parcel is to be delivered outside of the UK via ‘Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, or equivalent, it will cost £8.00. All duties and taxes on arrival are the responsibility of the customer.
From time to time I offer Free Delivery to those who sign up to my monthly e-news. You can sign up from the home page of my website.
I hope you are happy with your purchases but should there be a problem when you receive them, please contact me within 3 working days (Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5.30pm) and let me know your concerns. If there is a genuine mistake with your order, I am happy to swap the item with another in stock or we can discuss a made to order alternative, or alteration. I can also offer a gift certificate for the value of the item once the item has been returned, the certificate can be used within a year of the issue date.
Returns can not be made on Made to Order items. These items are generally discussed at each stage to make sure you are happy with all the details. Feel free to ask any questions you have during this initial stage so we can avoid disappointments. If you are not completely satisfied please let me know your concerns and I will attempt to resolve where it is possible.
If you need to return your purchase please ensure you return it in its original packaging in the condition it arrived in, and in the same postal method it arrived with you. Please post it sent to:

REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS + REFRESHING
I am happy to repair your items where possible, please email me with details of the problem and images if you can and I will quote you a price for my time, materials and return postage. I can also replace a lost earring, stud or cufflink for example, generally I charge half the current cost of a full pair, plus postage. I can also give your pieces a re-fresh, clean up or re-oxidise if needed. Feel free to contact me and let me know your requirements, I am happy to send you a quote.
Gift Certificates are available from £10 to £250 in £5 increments. You can buy as many as you like, I will assume each is Gift Certificate in your basket is for a different reciever and I will send them as seperate GIft Certificates. If you are needing one for more than £250, there is an option during the checkout process to let me know and I can combine the amounts purchased.
Certificates are valid for one year from the date it is ordered. If you would prefer it to start on a specific date, ie. from the birthdate of the receiver, please let me know during the check procedure as I am happy to do this.
A postcard Gift Certificate (as in the image) will be posted within 3 working days, please let me know if you need it urgently and I will do my best to meet your date. Your Gift Certificate will be sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery. Please select Gift Certificate during checkout. I will send it to the address you supply which can be yourself or direct to the person it is for. If you would like it sent direct to the receiver I can include a note, just let me know what you would like to say. I will let you know when the certificate has been posted.
Gift Certificates can be used to purchase Clare Hillerby jewellery and / or collages online at www.clarehillerby.com or at Clare Hillerby Work / Shop. They can also be used against a commission of a bespoke item. If you would like to use it to purchase an item of a higher value, the remaining value must be paid for by an alternative method. If the item is less than the certificate value, a new certificate will be issued to the receiver with the new value, the date will remain the same as in the original certificate. When you are ready to use your Gift Certificate, find the item(s) you would like and click Add to Basket and then Checkout. Then add the one use code on the postcard to the discount box. Or alternatively please email me with the item you would like to purchase.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be used to buy more gift certificates. They cannot be used against sale items.
Please be aware that although I try to provide images that represent each piece as clearly as possible, colours will depend on your screen resolutions. I have created descriptions for each item to accompany the images which include the measurements and further information to help you visualise each item as best as is possible. If you are unsure of anything please feel free to get in touch and I will do my best to help you.
