Ruler Shape Brooch

An interesting section of an old engineer's boxwood ruler has been carefully selected and then cut with curve top and bottom, straight sides. Added to it is a strip of paper textured and oxidised silver, across the front and back. The strips have been riveted in place with gold tube rivets, adding to its industrial feel
